- Designing and building a multi-tenant boarding house / property management system, backend in Spring Boot, frontend in Next.js.
- Implemented JWT auth with refresh token rotation, a Redis-backed RBAC permission system, and IDOR-hardened multi-tenant access.
- Deployed the full stack with Docker Compose behind an Nginx reverse proxy with Certbot SSL on a self-managed VPS.
